Megan Malcom-Morgan ("3M") is an internationally-recognized innovator in the arts, who has curated, directed and designed experimental and site-specific installations. Her work includes her groundbreaking exhibitions at The GRID Gallery in Belen, New Mexico, the vibrant displays of color that unfold as rainbows for the annual Rainbow Walk in Belen, and the historic and renowned Wo/Manhouse (2022), a contemporary re-envisioning of the original Womanhouse (1972) by feminist artists Judy Chicago and Miriam Schapiro.

Wo/Manhouse, 3M's largest project to date, saw the construction of evocative feminist installations in a mid-century home in Belen, where 19 New Mexico artists created site-specific work for an immersive experience about gender roles and domesticity. Wo/Manhouse included live performances co-directed by 3M and Judy Chicago.

As an advocate for the arts in New Mexico, 3M has spearheaded projects for the Belen Arts District, including as former Board Member and Executive Director of Judy Chicago's nonprofit, Through the Flower, where 3M directed and curated large-scale exhibitions that highlighted work from The Dinner Party and the Birth Project.
